Loligo Squid Rings have a mild and a subtle sweetness taste with a firm and meaty texture. The meat has an opaque white color.
Our squid are wild caught, using the trawling method. There are a variety of cooking methods for squid: baking, frying, grilling, or steaming.
Defrosting:
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Safe Handling:
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
