Return / Refund Policy

All products sold under “Sejadi.com” are subject to our Return Policy.


GOODS PURCHASE RETURN POLICY


a) RETURNS (if applicable and have acceptable reason)

  1. Please fill in Submit Request Form and attached the photo of the items.

  2. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of receiving the item(s) / product(s).

  3. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    - Additional non-returnable items:
    - Gift cards
    - Downloadable software products
    - Some health and personal care items

  5. All item(s) / product(s) must send directly to Moocentric Sdn Bhd (Sejadi) after confirmation from Moocentric Sdn Bhd (Sejadi):-

  6. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable and have acceptable reason)
    • Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

b) REFUNDS (if applicable and have acceptable reason)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your preferred account, within 2 to 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then, contact your bank to rectify the refunds, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send your request through Submit Request Form.


Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Item bought during promotion events (e.g. MyCyberSales, Year End Sales, Anniversary & etc) are not eligible for return and exchange.

c) REPLACEMENT (if applicable and have acceptable reason)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us Submit Request Form,

d) GIFTS / FREE GIFTS / FREE ITEMS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift replacement will be sent to you. *The decision of gift replacement is depending on Sejadi.

e) SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International orders will also be subject to the condition as stated above.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

For shipping damages, if the item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify us immediately. Please do not return the damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with carrier within 7 days of the Delivery date. We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Wrong item, missing items and customer dissatisfaction
  1. The replacement option will only be available for replacement value over RM 150. We will cover the shipping charges if the error is proven from our side.
  2. For wrong items, missing items and customer dissatisfaction, we will offer store credit to our customers.
  3.  If the customer decides to decline the offer we will offer a refund.

 

 

THE WHOLE PROCESS WILL TAKE 7 TO 14 OF WORKING DAYS STARTING FROM RETURN REQUEST UNTIL REFUND / REIMBURSEMENT / REPLACEMENT.
