GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

DRY GOODS SHIPMENT

  1. Dry Goods Shipment - Sejadi.com (Malaysia) delivers nationwide in Malaysia only.
  2. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, shipping provider and other factors.
  3. All dry goods (Sejadi) will be shipped out using a logistic courier service provider (Pos Laju, DHL, J&T & etc). The delivery time is within 3 - 7 working days.
  4. Our shipment day will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  5. Fulfilment Location - Moocentric Sdn Bhd (1160048-M) - Sejadi.com, No 5, Jalan TK 5/44, Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.  
  6. Shipping Fee / Charges (Dry Goods) - Shipping fee/charges based on the weight of the items. Total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. 
    (Keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer)

FROZEN GOODS DELIVERY

  1. Frozen Delivery – Sejadi.com (Malaysia) delivers within Klang Valley only.
  2. Fulfilment Location - Moocentric Sdn Bhd (1160048-M) - Sejadi.com, No 5, Jalan TK 5/44, Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, 47100 Puchong, Selangor. 
  3. All frozen goods orders will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours after confirmed payment.
  4. We use Cold Chain Delivery Service for frozen delivery. We will provide you with the tracking number for you to track the movement of your order.
  5. Delivery Fee / Charges (Frozen)
    Delivery is RM 15 for Klang Valley (Total purchased RM 199 and below)
    FREE DELIVERY for purchased RM 200 and above.
  6. Delivery Time / Duration (Frozen)
    Monday to Saturday only
    Sunday & Public Holiday off
    Our driver will contact you before leaving for delivery.
  7. NoteONLY order with complete payment will be processed.  
  8. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIVING FROM SEJADI DELIVERY. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEMS RECEIVED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT SEJADI WITHIN 24 HOURS VIA EMAIL INFO@SEJADI.COM AND PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND PHOTO OF THE ORDER RECEIVED. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINTS AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THEM.

Important Notes

  1. We are unable to process for goods ordering outside the delivery coverage (outside Klang Valley)
  2. Special arrangement for delivery outside Klang Valley which cost RM 35 per delivery. Please email us at info@sejadi.com for us to check the coverage area before we proceed with the arrangement.
