GOODS PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIVING FROM SEJADI DELIVERY. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEMS RECEIVED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT SEJADI WITHIN 24 HOURS VIA EMAIL (INFO@SEJADI.COM). WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINTS AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING.
As a service recovery option, we will:
- Replace the defect/missing item; or
- Exchange with other item/s with similar price: or
- Cash voucher (similar amount) to be use for next purchase on www.sejadi.com: or
- Refund the defect/missing item (Please provide us Name, Order Number, Account Name, Account Number & Bank for us to process. It will takes 7-14 working days). Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order.
